If you haven’t yet already, please update your Micro Niche Finder to the newest version (5.7.0) now.

You can get it here:

http://micronichefinderupdate.s3.amazonaws.com/MicroNicheFinder50700UpdateSetup.exe

This is very important – make sure you close Micro Niche Finder before running the .exe file!

Among other tweaks, in this version we added a New Search menu item to the result popup menu. You can now perform a new search from any result, including Project results.

We also added a Google Insights menu item to results popup menu.

If you have any problems downloading the newest version, please contact our support team and they’ll be glad to help you!

Micro Niche Finder Search Results Quick Fix

You may (or may not) have been seen strange numbers in Micro Niche Finder after Google’s most recent update. Granted, for many people this has not been a problem, but if you have seen anything such as getting only one keyword as a search result or seeing off the wall Ad Cost numbers, these following (and VERY simple) instructions will get sorted out in no time.

We have updated our program, so all you need to do is:

1.) Restart your Micro Niche Finder
2.) Clear any of the strange searches you may have received (you can do this using the ‘Manage Searches’ tab)

Everything should work fine after this. If not, please submit a support ticket so we can analyze your unique situation and fix it.

Thanks!

Micro Niche Finder ver. 5.6.44

If you have used Micro Niche Finder recently, you would have been prompted to update to version 5.6.44 (and hopefully you downloaded the new version). However, if you haven’t updated Micro Niche Finder in a while use this link to get your update!

Make sure Micro Niche Finder is NOT open when you download the new version. It must be closed before running the .exe file.

This is not a major update, but some things that have been improved are:

  • Sorting by SOC in Projects fixed
  • Minor bug fixes and optimizations

If you have any problems updating your Micro Niche Finder, please submit a support ticket and we’ll be happy to help you!

Constantly Reactivating Micro Niche Finder

This is a very rare occurrence, but should you find yourself constantly having to activate your Micro Niche Finder these are the very simple steps to fix this little glitch.

The first thing you will want to do is close Micro Niche Finder.

Next, search your computer for this file:
C:\Program Files\Micro Niche Finder 5.0\AppData\mnf5lic.txt  (if you are using 32 bit Windows)

Or search your computer for this file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Micro Niche Finder 5.0\AppData\mnf5lic.txt  ( if you are using 64 bit
Windows)

If you are unsure what CPU you are using, just search for both of these files. One of them will be found.

Once you find the file that applies to you, DELETE it.

You can then open Micro Niche Finder – you will have to activate it for this first time, but after that you shouldn’t have to activate it every time you open the program.

It’s a very easy fix. There is an easy to follow video about Activating Micro Niche Finder that you can watch as well.

If you have any questions, you can always submit a support ticket and our team will be more than willing to help you!

New Support Suite!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to call your attention to our new Support Suite (YAY!) Although our support issues are now handled here, old tickets can still be viewed here.

Much of this new Support Suite is the same, but there are a few differences you should be aware of.

First and foremost, our url has changed to http://www.tnrsupport.com/support/. It still works if you type in the old URL (it automatically redirects to our new URL) but if you want to bookmark the site, use the new link above!

Secondly, there is a new feature called Live Chat. It is lnsert located on the left hand side of the screen:

When you see the above icon, it means that no one on our support team is available to chat with you at the moment. However, if one of our support experts is online, the icon will change to this:

If you see that, feel free to click on it and chat away!

Another difference is the prominence given to our Latest Updates. It is on the main screen and by scrolling down you will see a list of recent updates. If we release a new version, a new update, or if there is some kind of major problem, this is where we will leave a message pertaining to it.

In addition, you can peruse the knowledgebase just like in the past but you can also click on our Troubleshooter tab, located near the top of the screen:

The Troubleshooter wizard guides you through a series of steps in order to diagnose and resolve common problems. Relax – it’s not difficult at all, and by trying this you might be able to quickly and easily resolve tiny glitches…of course, your problem might be a bit beyond the scope of the wizard, and if that’s the case feel free to submit a support ticket.

We are here to always help you should you need it, and our new support suite should make everything more intuitive. If you have any questions or issues, feel free to drop a line or talk with us on our Live Chat!

Congratulations, you just purchased Micro Niche Finder! Bet you can’t wait to start looking for great niches. However, Micro Niche Finder must be activated before you can perform any online searches. Don’t worry – it’s easy to do.

First and foremost, you must be connected to the internet in order to activate the software. You will be automatically prompted to activate on the Home Page, as seen below:

When you click the link to activate, you will see the Micro Niche Finder Activation window. This is where you will enter your ClickBank receipt number (the ClickBank receipt number may appear as “Order Number” on your ClickBank Purchase Confirmation) to activate the software:

This receipt number was emailed to you after you purchased Micro Niche Finder. The receipt number is normally 8 digits long and is a mix of letters and numbers.

If you did not receive (or do not remember) your receipt number, you may use the following link to request that it be emailed to you.

http://www.micronichetool.com/userlookup/form.php?whichForm=email

Please note: you will need the original email address you used when purchasing the software (this is sometimes your PayPal email address, if you use separate email addresses for different websites).

After entering your receipt number, click the Activate button. The activation process is usually very fast (a couple of seconds). If the software is successfully activated, you will be returned to the Home Page, and you should see the following message:

Of course, if you have any problems whatsoever, please submit a support ticket and we’ll be happy to help!

Want to leave a Micro Niche Finder Testimonial that ALL Micro Niche Finder users will be able to see? Well, you can. It’s incredibly easy and takes .05 seconds (plus or minus some, haha!) But in all seriousness, it’s a quick process and we’re grateful for all feedback.

When you open your Micro Niche Finder, you will see on the far right of your main screen a link that says “Click Here to Add Your Own Micro Niche Finder Testimonial”.  Click it!

You’ll then see a VERY important pop-up. Although it’s included in the picture below, the gist of it is: Don’t confuse a customer testimonial with a support ticket! If you need support, submit a support ticket.

Then you will just enter your  name, your email address, your URL (if you have one) and your testimonial. Hit submit and you’re good to go!
